Letter to MA Senator

Hello, 

 

I am Bo Bennett with the EVcast here in MA.  I was about to purchase a Low Speed All Electric Car but found out that MA is one of the few states (I think THE last state) that does not allow these cars on public roads.  I guess you introduced SB 1313 some time ago.  Do you have an update on this?

 

Related, MA will need 2 similar bills to allow medium speed vehicles (see http://www.evworld.com/article.cfm?storyid=1259 for an intro) and a bill for three wheeled covered vehicles, since most of the new EVs fit in this category (see http://www.myersmotors.com, http://www.aptera.com, ).
